Daniel Struss, CPA

Daniel Struss is a graduate of Owatonna High School and Southwest State University in Marshall, MN.  He is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in tax and audit services.  Dan has also become a peer reviewer in the AICPA peer review program.  Daniel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a volunteer treasurer for local non-profit organizations and a coach for youth programs.

Sarah Struss, CPA

Sarah Struss is also a graduate of Owatonna High School and Southwest State University in Marshall, MN.  She is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in public accounting.  Sarah is primarily an auditor and peer reviewer but also works with tax and payroll clients.  In addition, Sarah is a technical reviewer for both the Minnesota Society of CPAs'  and the Minnesota Association of Public Accountants' peer review programs.  She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Sarah also volunteers for various school activities within Owatonna.​

Amy Schmidt, Associate​

Amy Schmidt is a graduate of Medford High School, South Central Technical College, and Southwest Minnesota State University.  She has obtained degrees in accounting and business management.  Amy joined our team in the fall of 2005.  Amy primarily handles our front desk and works with bookkeeping and payroll clients.  Amy also volunteers as a Sunday school music teacher.

Neomi Struss, Associate

​Neomi Struss is a graduate of Medford High School and The Minnesota School of Business with a degree in accounting. Neomi handles our front desk duties as well as works with bookkeeping and payroll clients. Neomi joined our team in December of 2018. Neomi volunteers as a Sunday school teacher and is a member of Owatonna Business Women.
